Capstone Preschool Enrollment Process
Step 1: Understand Open Day Enrollment Special
Deadline: March 31
To thank families who attended our Open Day, we are offering special enrollment rates for July–December 2026:
- Under 2 years old: $2600 / month
- 2–3 years old: $2400 / month
- 3+ years old: $2200 / month
Families enrolling two or more siblings will also receive a 10% sibling tuition discount.
Starting January 2027, the regular tuition will apply:
- Infant Program: $2800 / month
- Toddler Program: $2600 / month
- Preschool Program: $2400 / month
As part of the Open Day promotion, the $100 registration fee will be waived.
Additionally, for families enrolling during the opening period, no advance withdrawal notice will be required during July, August, and September 2026 if plans change.
Step 2: Register Children
Step 3: Pay Deposit
To secure enrollment, a deposit equal to the first month’s tuition is required. This deposit will be applied toward the child’s first month of tuition.

Step 4: After Enrollment
Enrolled families will receive an invitation to join the Brightwheel system.
Through Brightwheel, parents will be able to:
• Receive school announcements
• View daily photos and activities
• See learning updates
• Check children in and out
• Review tuition billing
• Communicate with teachers
Parents will also receive the Capstone Preschool Parent Handbook (2026–2027) outlining school policies and daily procedures.
